Terms and Conditions
Rates
published are applicable for single and double occupancy only. Extra
person charge of $30 per person applies for three (3) or more people
in a room. A tax of 13.625% plus $2 per room per night plus all
applicable taxes will be added to the published rates. Rooms may not
be available for check-in until after 3:00 p.m. Earlier occupancy
subject to availability. Online reservations must be guaranteed with
a major credit card. All cancellations must be received by the hotel
no later than 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged one
(1) night's room and tax rate. Up to two children, under the age of
19, may stay free when occupying the same room as their parents. A
limited number of rooms for guests with special needs, in accordance
with ADA, are available. Please contact the hotel reservations
department at 212-586-7000 to confirm your arrangements.
Reservations must be made online by August 4, 2005. After that
reservations can be made (based on availability) by calling the
hotel directly at 212-586-7000. After check-in, guests checking out
prior to the confirmed departure date will be charged a $100 early
departure fee.
